Terms of Use
Effective September 22, 2026These terms are the agreement between you and Bremitech LLC, a Colorado limited liability company, doing business as Vidtiz (“Vidtiz”, “we”, “us”). They apply to every sender who creates an account and uses Vidtiz to send campaigns. By creating an account or sending a campaign, you agree to them.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Venue for any dispute arising under them lies in the state and federal courts located in Denver, Colorado.
The service
Vidtiz lets a company send a short video to a prospect and pay that prospect a reward for watching it and answering a few questions. You, the sender, create a campaign, choose who receives it, and fund the rewards. A recipient earns the reward by watching the campaign video, answering the quiz questions that confirm they watched it, and answering the qualifying questions that follow.
Acceptable use
The Acceptable Use Policy is incorporated into these terms by reference and forms part of this agreement. Violating that policy is a breach of these terms, and Vidtiz may suspend or terminate your account for that breach.
Privacy
How Vidtiz collects, uses, and keeps personal information — about you, and about the recipients whose contact details you upload — is described in the Privacy Policy.
Your wallet
Rewards are funded in advance. You deposit money into a Vidtiz wallet before sending, and each send reserves its reward against that balance the moment it goes out. A send that has no funded balance behind it does not go out at all.
A reservation becomes a payment when the recipient completes the campaign. If the send expires before the recipient completes it, the reservation is released back to your wallet balance. Reserved money is not available to fund other sends while the reservation stands.
Rewards
The reward is a gift card, fulfilled by a third-party gift-card provider. Vidtiz does not pay cash, and neither does the sender — when a recipient completes a campaign, Vidtiz orders a gift card from its provider and the provider delivers it. That provider sets its own eligibility and geographic restrictions, and those restrictions apply to the recipient. Neither Vidtiz nor the sender can waive them.
Expiry
Every send expires. You set the window when you create the campaign, so how long a recipient has varies from campaign to campaign. A reward that has not been earned by the time the send expires is forfeited by the recipient — the link stops working, and the reserved money returns to your wallet rather than being paid out.
Fees
Vidtiz charges no subscription fee and no per-send fee for use of the platform. The money you deposit funds the rewards your recipients earn.
Deposits are paid by card through our payment processor. The amount charged to your card includes the processor’s fee, so that the full amount you chose to deposit is credited to your wallet.
Refunds of unspent balance
You may ask for a refund of your unspent wallet balance at any time by contacting Vidtiz support. There is no fee for a refund, and you do not have to close your account to get one — your account stays open after the refund is issued.
Only the unreserved part of your balance can be refunded. Money reserved against a send that has not yet completed or expired stays reserved until that send resolves; once it does, any amount released back to your wallet becomes refundable too.
Refunds are issued to the payment method you originally deposited with, where possible. When that method is no longer available — for example, because the card has been closed or the payment processor’s refund window for the original charge has passed — Vidtiz will refund you by another method it reasonably determines.
Vidtiz absorbs the processing fee that was charged on your original deposit. You receive your full unspent balance, with nothing deducted.
If your account is closed or inactive with a balance remaining and we cannot reach you, Vidtiz will send periodic notices to the contact details on your account telling you that a refund is available.
